Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Lucille Litchfield-McKinney, 77, of Cadiz, were held Friday, October 8, 2010 at Crafton Funeral Home in Franklin. Bro. Frank Wright officiated. Burial followed at Greenlawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Litchfield-McKinney died Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at SKY Rehab facility in Bowling Green.

She was a native of Muhlenburg County and was the daughter of the late Rev. Roy E. Carter and Jessie May Shomak Carter.

She served as the dog warden and a special deputy sheriff in Warren County. She resided with her husband Jim in Madisonville for several years.

She was preceded in death by fourteen brothers and sisters including Harold Dean Carter, Gracie Fisk, Mary Ford, Phoebe Scott and Roy Edward Carter, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Jim McKinney of Cadiz; one brother, Donald Ray Carter of Franklin; three children, Mike McKinney (and wife Frances) of Woodburn, Quincey “Buddy” McKinney (and wife Elizabeth) of Columbia, Mo. and Joseph McKinney (and wife Kelley) of Cadiz, two grandchildren, Matthew and Stephanie McKinney; five step grandchildren, Eric Ruzicka, Candice Miller, Melanie Hutchison, Joseph Miller, lll and Kristal Cramer; six step great grandchildren, Charlie Hutchison, Gracie Van Meter, Joshua Van Meter, Richard Beshear, Dylan Beshear and Katie Roberts.
