There will be four audition sessions held at the Trigg County High School’s Little Theatre: Tuesday, May 18, at 3:30 p.m. and at 6 p.m.; Wednesday, May 19, at 3:30 p.m.; and Saturday, May 22, at 10 a.m.
Participants need only to attend one of the three audition sessions. The cast includes characters from age five and up. A complete list of characters, character descriptions, play synopsis, and other relevant information can be found at www.jmam.org.
Oliver is based on Charles Dickens’ classic novel, Oliver Twist. The stage version tells the story of a young orphan who is sold to an undertaker and the joins a group of pickpockets, meeting Fagin and The Artful Dodger along the way.
Oliver! features the favorites “Consider Yourself,” “Food, Glorious Food,” “As Long as He Needs Me” and more. The cast will be posted on Tuesday, May 25 at Trigg County Primary, Intermediate, Middle and High Schools; Janice Mason Art Museum; Eldora’s Books, Etc.; and www.jmam.org.
The first rehearsal will be an all-cast read through rehearsal at the Little Theatre on Tuesday, June 1 at 6 p.m. Working rehearsals will begin on June 2.
SKIT can always use community volunteers who would like to be involved with the show as part of the production staff.

Production dates for Oliver will be July 16, 17, 23, 24 at 7 p.m. and July 18 at 2 p.m. All performances will be at the Trigg County High School Little Theatre.
