Funeral services for Augusta Nancy Anderson Radford, 88, of Cerulean, were conducted on Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at 1 p.m., at Gamble Funeral Home in Hopkinsville.

Rev. M.L. Radford officiated at the services. Burial followed in McCarroll Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Cerulean.

Mrs. Radford died on Tuesday, April 11, 2006, at 1:15 p.m., at her residence of natural causes.

Mrs. Radford was born on August 11, 1917, in Stewart County, Tenn. She was the daughter of the late Sandy and Rosie Smith Anderson.

Mrs. Radford was a homemaker; and a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church in Cerulean, where she was a former Sunday School teacher.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lee Radford; a son; foster daughter; five sisters; two brothers; and two great-grandchildren.

Survivors include five daughters, Rosie Lee Tandy of Owensboro, Charletter Ellis of Murray, Marsha A. Gee of Hopkinsville, and Sherrie Radford and Trenia Radford, both of Cerulean; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
