The Cadiz Fire Department issued a release about the incident, which claimed the vehicle of Mary Nunley, of Cadiz.
“The fire apparently started around the power steering pump in the engine compartment,” the release said.
The fire began at approximately 3:20 p.m. Friday as people were beginning to come home from work. The Cadiz Fire Department responded to the scene at approximately 3:23 p.m. with 9 firefighters and two trucks.
