A KSP report said that Carter was wanted by US Marshals in Virginia for the sale of amphetamines. The Kentucky state police filed additional charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia 2nd, possession of controlled substance 1st, wanton endangerment 1st 4 counts, fleeing and evading 1st, speeding 26 mph over, improper passing, reckless driving and being a fugitive from another state.
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department filed charges of fleeing and evading, wanton endangerment 2nd, criminal possession of forged instrument, speeding and disregarding a stop sign. Carter faces charges from Ballard and Carlisle Counties as well.
