Revs. Cheryl Lake and Willie Morgan officiated at the services. Burial followed in the Hawkins Cemetery in Christian County.
Mrs. Love died on Friday, January 12, 2007, at 3 a.m., at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes.
Mrs. Love was born on January 31, 1954, in Hammond, Ind. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Irene Snyder Pluskis.
Mrs. Love was a homemaker, and was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Pluskis and Richard Pluskis.
Survivors include her husband, Roy Eugene Love of Hopkinsville; a son, Joseph Love of Hopkinsville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia Love and Junior Frederick of Lafayette, and Misty Love Weidner and M.H. Fowler of Cadiz; two brothers, Roy Pluskis of Danville, Ill., and James Pluskis of Georgetown, Ill.; three sisters, Maureen Keith and Sharon Pluskis, both of Georgetown, Ill., and Robin Mellender of Hopkinsville; and nine grandchildren, Joseph Weigold, Jacob Frederick, Zachary Love, Sarah Love, Katherine Weidner, Brooke Weidner, Lance Fowler, Laniyah Trice, and Deterrion Love.
Patrick Holland, vocalist, provided the music.
Serving as pallbearers were Johnny Gillingham, Chad Love, Brian Michaud, Frankie Henderson, James Love, and Richard Keith.
