The bride-elect is the daughter of Carol Curtis, Cadiz and the late Boyce Curtis. She is a 1993 graduate of Trigg County High School and is a regional assistant at Performance Learning Systems, Inc.
Her fiancé is the son of the late Howard and Sarah Young. He is a 1991 graduate of Hopkinsville High School and is employed by Thyssenkrupp.
The wedding is scheduled for September 16, 2006 at 5:30 p.m. at Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park, 20781 Pennyrile Lodge Road, Dawson Springs, KY.
