Funeral services for David Kenady, 45, of Fredonia, were conducted on Friday, July 7, 2006, at 11 a.m., at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz.

Rev. Tommy Tackett officiated at the services. Burial followed in Millwood Cemetery in Caldwell County.

Mr. Kenady died on Tuesday, July 4, 2006, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., from injuries received from a motorcycle accident.

Mr. Kenady was born on May 14, 1961, in Atlanta, Ga. He was the son of Don Kenady of Calvert City and Carol Sue Campbell Hale of Princeton.

Mr. Kenady was a self-employed carpenter, and a member of Northside Baptist Church in Princeton.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include stepmother, Anna Kenady; two sons, David Lee Kenady of Princeton and Christopher Shane Kenady of Dawson Springs; daughter, Crystal Kenady of Lexington; three sisters, Teresa Dorroh of Princeton, Lisa Brown of Fenton, Mich., and DeAnna Harris of Calvert City; and two brothers, John Kenady of Calvert City, and Louard Boyd of Princeton.

Suzanne Dorroh, vocalist, provided the music.

Serving as pallbearers were the Southern Knights.
