Revs. Curtis McGehee, Steve Rutherford, and Scott Casebier will officiate at the services. Burial will follow in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Latham Funeral Home in Elkton is in charge of all the arrangements.
Mrs. Noffsinger died on Sunday, December 18, 2005, at 4:45 p.m., at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., of natural causes.
Mrs. Noffsinger was born on December 14, 1949, in Greenville. She was the daughter of the late Dalton Higgs and Robbie Gray Higgs.
Mrs. Noffsinger worked as a Title Clerk for Patriot Chevrolet and was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church; she served as a Sunday School teacher for 31 years at various churches.
Survivors include her husband, Rev. Ron Noffsinger of Allegre; two sons, Christopher Patrick Noffsinger of Clarksville, Tenn., and Joshua Aaron Noffsinger of Elkton; a daughter, Kimberly Dawn Sivills of Cadiz; a brother, Robert Owen Higgs of Russellville; two sisters, Lynndonna White of Noblesville, Ind., and Melissa McGehee of Powderly, Ky.; two grandchildren, Madison Paige Noffsinger, and Skyler Noffsinger.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be given to the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church Building Fund, c/o Kelvin Greenfield, 1919 Allegre Road, Elkton, KY 42220.
