Rev. David Brown will officiate at the services. Burial will follow at Upper Alton Cemetery.
Mr. Allen died on Sunday, October 26, 2008, at St. Anthony’s Health Center in Alton.
Mr. Allen was born on November 3, 1942, in Cadiz. He was the son of the late Browdas and Nida McWaters Allen.
Mr. Allen was retired from the Olin Corporation after 30 years, and was a member of Hurricane Baptist Church in Cadiz.
Survivors include his wife, Saundra Faust Allen; a son, Michael Allen of Reno, Nev.; a sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Phil Brown of Madisonville; two nephews, Phillip Brown of Carbondale, Ill., and David Brown of Madisonville; and a niece, Tammy Settles of Mt. Washington, Ky.
