Rev. James Matlock officiated at the services. Burial followed in Pembroke Union Cemetery, Inc., in Pembroke.
Mr. Matlock died on Friday, November 7, 2008, at 3:21 a.m., at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes.
Mr. Matlock was born on November 22, 1962, in Christian County. He was the son of the late Elbert and Frankie Winters Matlock.
Mr. Matlock was employed by Leavell Farms as a Farmer.
Survivors include three brothers and sisters-in-law, John Matlock of Hopkinsville, Bill and Renee Matlock of Pembroke, and James and Teresa Matlock, of Crofton; and three sisters and brothers-in-law, Timmie Matlock, Mary and George Braxton, and Bevlyn and Donald Rutherford, all of Hopkinsville.
