She was born December 28, 1941, in Cadiz to Carl and Juanita (Smith) Fennell. She resided in Cadiz and Golden Pond, Central Illinois and Arizona.
There will be a graveside memorial service to celebrate Dorothy’s life at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 6, 2009, at Matheny Cemetary, Land Between the Lakes, with Rev. Elijah Ballentine officiating.
