Rev. Cederic Cheatham officiated at the services. Burial followed in Cave Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Trice died on Sunday, July 30, 2006, at 11:27 p.m., at her residence of natural causes.
Mrs. Trice was born on July 31, 1937, in Trigg County. She was the daughter of the late Willie and Helen Thacker Cheatham.
Mrs. Trice was a former school bus driver; 42 year Avon Sales Representative, and president of Avon Club; and was a member of Corinth Missionary Baptist Church in Cadiz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Tyler Trice.
Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Rena Hartsfield of Clarksville, Tenn., and Tracy Elaine Trice and Jacqueline Trice, both of Hopkinsville; two brothers, Leavell Cheatham of Cadiz, and Billy Ray Cheatham of Hopkinsville; and seven sisters, Hattie McKee, Jerlene Cheatham, Pastor Gloria Leavell, and Helen Dailey, all of Hopkinsville, Racheal Sellers of Michigan City, Ind., Willow Trice of Park Forest, Ill., and Minister Jane Mencer of Detroit, Mich.
Gamble Funeral Home in Hopkinsville was in charge of all the arrangements.
