Jimmy and Angela Ezell and Janice Turner, of Hopkinsville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Brooke Ezell, to Joshua Boyd Birdsong, son of Roger Birdsong, of Cadiz, and the late Paula Birdsong.

The bride-elect attends Murray State University.

She is employed by Curves.

The bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of Trigg County High School.

He is employed by Charles Stallons Used Cars, Cadiz. He is a kicker for the Kentucky Stars Semi-pro football team.

The wedding is scheduled for 4 p.m. September 22, 2007, at Trinity Baptist Church. All friends and relatives are invited. Invitations are being sent to out-of-town guests only.
