Bro. Paul Cannon officiated at the services. Burial followed in Greenhill Memorial Gardens in Hopkinsville.
Mr. White died on Friday, April 7, 2006, at St. Thomas Hospital of natural causes.
Mr. White was born on January 12, 1943, in Christian County. He was the son of the late Forrest O. White and Mary Agnes Vass Carpenter.
Mr. White was a retired truck driver for Dunlap Sales, and was a member of Canton Baptist Church in Trigg County.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Joiner White; two sons and daughters-in-law, Allan Ray and Dana White and Forrest “BoBo” and Mary White all of Hopkinsville; a daughter, Penny Walker of Hopkinsville; six grandchildren, Whitney Walker, Dillan Ray White, Brittnay Mitchell, Chelsey Walker, Chase Simcoe, and Terrah Ray; and one great-grandchild, Briley Mitchell.
Serving as pallbearers were Graham Mitchell, Gary Lee Hightower, Mac Greenwood, Robert Keenan, Clay Joiner, Randy Hargrove, and Larry Futrell.
Honorary Pallbearers were Mike Mathis, Eddie Henderson, Greg Harris, Jeff Gamble, Nick Gresham, Tommy Turner, Thomas Stewart, Jordan Young, Gerald Turner, and Leroy Kennedy.
Dianne Ford, Vickie Ezell and Joe Bridges provided the music.
