Funeral services for Frances Joiner Fuller, 79, of Cadiz, were conducted on Thursday, June 12, 2008, at 10 a.m., at Goodwin Funeral Home.

Frankie Joiner officiated at the services. Burial followed in Trigg Memory Acres in Cadiz.

Mrs. Fuller died on Monday, June 9, 2008, at 10:10 a.m., at her residence of natural causes.

Mrs. Fuller was born on April 6, 1929, in Trigg County. She was the daughter of the late Jodie Clemmons and Sarah Jane Futrell Joiner.

Mrs. Fuller was a homemaker and was a member of East Cadiz Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Hollis Hobert Shelton in 1951; 2nd husband, Bennie Franklin Fuller in 1986; four brothers, Herman Joiner, Frank Joiner, Elmo Joiner, and Maynard Joiner; and a sister, Lena Hurlbut.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Lannie Wayne and Judy Shelton of Bowling Green; three daughters and sons-in-law, Dianne Dunn, Ramona and Marcellious Alexander, and Rhonda and Jason P’Pool, all of Cadiz; nine grandchildren, Hollis Alexander, Jeremy Dunn, Lannie Alexander, Holly Dixon, Sara Anne Ladd, Brooke Hudson, Mitch Wayne Shelton, Jordan P’Pool, and Jayse P’Pool; 17 great-grandchildren, Morgan Alexander, A.J. Oliver, Jeremy Deane Alexander, Margaret Layton Alexander, McKenzie Ladd, Claire Ladd, Matt Alex Ladd, Grant Dixon, Avery Dixon, Claire Dixon, Carson Zachary, Keagan Zachary, Megan Hudson, Jordan Hudson, Jackson Shelton, Logan Shelton, and Brooklyn Shelton.

Jeremy Dunn, vocalist, and Eddy Craft, vocalist and instrumentalist, provided the music.

Serving as pallbearers were Hollis Alexander, Lannie Alexander, Jeremy Dunn, Mitch Shelton, Jordan P’Pool, and Brian Hudson.
