The talent and fashion show from Genesis Express on November 11 at 6 P.M. at the Little Theatre is titled “A Family Affair,” which is why organizers George and Agnes Radford have asked community churches and families to provide talent, fashion and entertainment for the evening.

“It is put on by Genesis Express as a series of things we would like to do leading up to our 20th anniversary,” said George Radford.

Genesis Express’ anniversary falls on January 18, 2007, and will be celebrated with a banquet at the Trigg County Recreation Complex on January 20.

Agnes Radford said that as of November 6, 12 families had committed to participating in the event. “We are looking to have more before this weekend,” she added.

“We decided we would have an event with spiritual overtones that reflect family values. It is an opportunity for each church to display their talent and members of the congregation to show their attire,” said George Radford.
