Sutherland shot an even-par 34 for the Wildcats, who were all within two shots of the lead.
Curtis Mitchell shot a 35, and Tyler Mitchell and Jordan McNichols each shot a 36 for the Wildcats, who finished with a team total of 141.
Calloway County was second with a 159, while Hickman County shot a 177, and host Mayfield totaled a 206.
In their first home match of the year, the Wildcats stayed within four shots of one other and claimed an easy 27-stroke win over Todd County Central and University Heights August 16 at Boots Randolph Golf Course.
Tyler Mitchell took medalist honors with a 37 as all four Wildcat scorers finished in the top four spots.
Sutherland carded a 38, Curtis Mitchell a 40, and McNichols a 41 for a team total of 41.
Andrew Latham shot a 45 to lead Todd County, who scored a 183. Brandon Grace topped U.H.A. (204) with a 46.
The Wildcats knocked off defending Region I champion Paducah Tilghman and state qualifier St. Mary in a triangular match August 10 at the Country Club of Paducah.
Sutherland, Curtis Mitchell, and Tyler Mitchell each fired a 1-over-par 37 to lead the Wildcats. Taylor Lowary added a 43 for a team total of 154, which was one shot better than Tilghman’s 155. St. Mary totaled 164.
Tilghman’s Chris Griffin took medalist honors with an even-par 36, while Chase Cochran, son of PGA golfer Russ Cochran, led St. Mary with a 39.
The Wildcats host Crittenden County in a dual match Thursday at Boots Randolph Golf Course and will play in the Hopkins Central Invitational Saturday at the Madisonville Country Club.
