Rev. Wayne Duncan officiated at the services. Burial followed in the Cemetery.
Mr. Rogers died on Monday, July 21, 2008, at 11:20 a.m., at his residence of natural causes.
Mr. Rogers was born on December 18, 1949, in Cadiz. He was the son of the late William Arlon and Louise Goodwin Rogers.
Mr. Rogers was a farmer and truck driver and was a member of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Rogers.
Survivors include a brother, Gene Rogers of Cerulean; five nephews; and two step-nieces.
Serving as pallbearers were J.E. Parrish, Jewel Parrish, Kenny Goodwin, Royce Ladd, Rex Goodwin, Mark Rogers, Jimmy Rogers, Randy Rogers, Mickey Rogers, and Larry Dale Rogers.
