Funeral services for Hazel Watts Richardson, 85, of Shelbyville, were conducted on Monday, April 3, 2006, at 10:30 a.m., at Hall Taylor Funeral Home in Shelbyville.

Rev. Allen Clark officiated at the services. Burial followed in Grove Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.

Mrs. Richardson died on Thursday, March 30, 2006, at 6:50 p.m., at Trigg County Hospital of natural causes.

Mrs. Richardson was born in Cropper, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Mary Susan Humphrey Watts.

Mrs. Richardson was a former employee of Roll Forming Corporation and Valley Tow Rite; and was a member of Highland Baptist Church in Shelbyville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Howard Richardson.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Brenda Richardson of Shelbyville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Evelyn and Rodney Bleidt of Cadiz, and Sandee and Steven Pearson of San Antonio, Texas; a brother, Jack Watts of Pleasureville; a sister, Virginia Sanford of Pleasureville; six grandchildren, Dawn Stewart, Eric Bleidt, Alex Pearson, Daniel Richardson, Courtney Richardson, and Carrie Richardson; and five great-grandchildren, Joseph Stewart, Ragon Stewart, Kyle Bleidt, Cade Bleidt, and Gracey Richardson.
