The arrest and wanton endangerment charges stem from a September 13 incident in which police allege that Deloach discharged a firearm in a reckless manner. While he remained at large, police arrested 20-year-old Shelby Ray Mart, 30-year-old Kevin Robertson ad 22-year-old Josh Neeble, charging them with complicity to the shooting.
