He was a heavy equipment mechanic and also worked as a truck driver for Winn Trucking of Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Susan Maddox of Cadiz, KY; One Daughter, Amanda Maddox of Cadiz, Ky. Two Sons, Brett Maddox of Cadiz, Ky. and Greg Maddox of Desert Hot Springs, Calif. Also 2 Brothers and 4 Sisters.
He was preceded in Death by: Father-Woodrow Wilson Meredith and Mother-Mary Frances (Maddox) Meredith, and also 2 Brothers and 1 Sister.
There will be no services.
