Funeral services for James Huel Wynn, 56, of Lyon County, were conducted on Thursday, November 15, 2007, at 1 p.m., at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton.

Rev. Dean Ray officiated at the services. Burial followed in the Friendship Cemetery in Lyon County.

Mr. Wynn died on Monday, November 12, 20007, at 9:18 p.m., at the Caldwell County Hospital Emergency Room following an apparent heart attack.

Mr. Wynn was born on March 27, 1951, in Caldwell County. He was the son of the late Cecil and Dorothy Christine Lewis Wynn.

Mr. Wynn was a retired Correctional Officer, K.S.P., and a farmer, and was a member of the Friendship United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Tabor Wynn of Lyon County; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jamie and Melissa Wynn of Lyon County, Greg and Lisa Wynn of Louisville, and Anthony and Jennifer Wynn of St. Louis, Mo.; a daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Eric Tyler of Lyon County; three grandchildren, Garrett Wynn, Gracen Wynn, and Brady Tyler; three brothers, Billy Wynn of Princeton, Carney Wynn of Lyon County, and Louard Wynn of Trigg County; three sisters, Lois Ann Littlefield, Sue Horning, and Dottie Call, all of Caldwell County; and several nieces and nephews.
