Memorial services for Janice “Jan” Groves Sulver, 63, of Cadiz, were conducted on Saturday, January 21, 2006, at 1 p.m., at Goodwin Funeral Home.

Rev. Steve Spitzer officiated at the services.

Mrs. Sulver died on Tuesday, January 17, 2006, at 7:30 p.m., at U.S. Highway 68 and LBL, in Trigg County, from injuries suffered from an automobile accident.

Mrs. Sulver was born on September 23, 1942, in Rockwell City, Iowa. She was the daughter of the late James and Martha Gregory Groves.

Mrs. Sulver was a homemaker, a member of the Helping Hands, Volunteer at John L. Street Library; and a member of the Methodist Faith.

Survivors include her husband, Howard Dalton Sulver of Cadiz; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert Dalton and Kathy Ann Sulver of Birmingham, Ala.; a daughter and son-in-law, Dawn Michelle and Adam William Phelps of Antrim, N.H.; a sister, Marlene Groves of Albuquerque, NM; four grandchildren, Hannah Rose Sulver, Dalton John Sulver, Cassidy Sunshine Sulver-Smith, and Simon Sulver Phelps.
