Burial followed in the Goshen Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in Alvaton, Ky.
Mrs. Smith died on Monday, November 3, 2008, at 9:27 a.m., in Bowling Green.
Mrs. Smith was born on May 11, 1953, in Warren County. She was the daughter of the late Bill and Ina Ree Rice Woods.
Mrs. Smith was a graduate of Warren Central High School; a member of Green Hill Methodist Church; manager of Cracker Barrel; and a family home health provider.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Woods, and a brother-in-law, Bobby King.
Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Smith of Cadiz; three sons, Billy Joe Hadden, Bobby Joe York and fiancée, Miranda Chapman, and Terry Joe York, all of Bowling Green; two brothers, Terry Wayne Woods and David “Bud” Woods, both of Bowling Green; two sisters, Dorothy “Dot” Hurt of Bowling Green, and Doris King of Oakland, Ky.; two sisters-in-law, Vangie Woods of Alvaton, and Marie Woods of Bowling Green; three grandchildren, Madison Faith York, Fallon Hadden, and Dakota Jolee York, all of Bowling Green; and several nieces and nephews.
