Rev. Curtis Fritz officiated at the services. Burial followed in the Fredonia Cemetery.
Mrs. Peek died on Wednesday, June 21, 2006, at 12:01 a.m., at her residence following a short illness.
Mrs. Peek was born on December 2, 1933, in Crittenden County. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Ray and Cordie Fralick Sisco.
Mrs. Peek was a homemaker, and a member of the Fredonia Holiness Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Peek in 1986; two brothers, Buddy Sisco and Ben Sisco; a sister, Violet Sisco; and her stepmother and stepfather, Beatrice and Vaughn Bosaw.
Survivors include a son, Robert Junior Peek of Marion; four grandchildren, Ricky Junior Peek, Lisa Marie Peek, Tabby Elizabeth Peek, and Ashley Nicole Huggins; two great-grandchildren, Cody Farrar and Brooklyn Elizabeth Peek; a brother, David Wayne Sisco of Troutdale, Ore.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Rita and Dennis Rider of New Haven, Ill., and Suzanne and David Pretzsch, of Carmi, Ill; and several nieces and nephews.
