The Rev. Dr. Tom Martin and the Rev. John Strode will officiate at the service.
Mr. Baldwin died at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville after a battle with cancer.
Mr. Baldwin was born Saturday, February 12, 1944 in Danville. He was the son of the late Robert Earl and Carrie Belle Romans Baldwin.
Mr. Baldwin was a retired architect from the State of Kentucky Finance Cabinet, Division of Engineering, and was a Kentucky Colonel. He was a member of Millbrook Christian Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Alice Wright Baldwin; and three brothers, William Samuel Baldwin, Noland Yantis Baldwin, and Robert Donelson Baldwin.
Survivors include three daughters, Donna Celeste Baldwin of Hendersonville, Tenn., Amber Carol Wallace of Frankfort, and Monica Moss Shelton of Hopkinsville; two sons, John Walton Baldwin of Frankfort and John Clark Moss of Hopkinsville; one sister, Nancy Carol Jones of Cadiz; one brother, Alan Romans Baldwin of Morehead; nine grandchildren, Carrie Baldwin, Adi Nishimuta Baldwin, Jessica Lauren Shelton, Caitlyn Lea Shelton, Lydia Lacy Wallace, Rachel Erin Wallace, Madison Lea Wallace, Abigail Clark Moss and Zachary Douglass Moss; and canine companion Hoople Baldwin of Cadiz.
