The Outstanding Junior Member Contest began in 1963 to recognize Junior Members of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. This contest honors young women who have truly promoted the aims and purposes of the National Society.
The DAR’s historical, educational and patriotic objectives are in accordance with the DAR motto, “God, Home and Country. Ashley is a member of the James Thomas Chapter of the KSDAR in Trigg County.
Ms. Crowe has held numerous positions in the KSDAR. She served as a page at KY’s summer workshops, Fall Board of Management meetings and at the national Continental Congress in 2010.
She served as Kentucky’s Page Chairman for the past three years and is currently State Chairman of the President General’s Project and Co-Chairman for the Travel Committee.
Ashley also serves on the Duncan Tavern Ways and Means Committee. She is currently Junior Club President.
Ashley’s parents are David D. and Joan Crowe of Bowling Green.
