Funeral services for Kenneth Rennison, 67, of Fredonia, were held at1 p.m. Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Morgan’s Funeral Home. Graveside services with military honors followed at the Fredonia Cemetery.

The Rev. Roger Waters officiated. Morgan’s Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Rennison died following a long illness at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at the Crittenden County Hospital in Marion.

He was born December 18, 1942 in Trigg County to the late Homer Rennison and Lurlean Malone Rennison.

Mr. Rennison was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran. He was a retired plant manager of Agriculture and Fertilizer Co. He was of the Baptist faith, a member of the Crider Sportsman Club, as well as a member of the Fredonia City Council for more than 25 years.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Alvis Rennison and Dorris Rennison.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Adams Rennison of Fredonia; two sisters, Patricia Belew of Oak Grove and Kathy Morris of Marion; one son, Chad Rennison (and wife Scharla) of Princeton; two grandchildren, Shelby George and Karlie Rennison; and several nieces and nephews.
