The Trigg County Sheriff’s Department served a warrant for the arrest of Nancy E. Slininger, 42, of 159 Beach Bend Drive, on Sept. 21 for theft by deception.
Nonpayment for theft charge
Sheriff’s deputies executed a bench warrant on Sept. 24, arresting Michael C. Strobl, 29, of 8918 Wallonia Rd., for two counts of nonpayment of fines. The original charges were for theft by deception, including cold checks, and resisting arrest on July 25, 2006.

Cadiz Police arrested Chanz Outing, 26, 285 Westend St., on Sept. 21 on a contempt of court warrant.
