Mr. Bridges died on Tuesday, May 12, 2009, at 12:35 a.m. at his residence in Lewisburg.
Mr. Bridges was the son of the late Lawrence Eugene and Mary Lou Bridges.
Mr. Bridges was a construction worker with Local 181.
Survivors include his wife Peggy Bridges, Lewisburg, four daughters, Mary Jo Conger, Russellville, Ky., Jennifer Gross, Colorado Springs, Co., Marsha Giffis, Cotton town, Tenn., Lisa Vincent, Calhoun, Ky., one step-daughter, Christy Gibbs, Hopkinsville, two sons, Jeff Bridges, Colorado Springs, Chad Bridges, Russellville, one step-son, J.J. Stewart, Russellville, sixteen grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
