Mary Katharine Leak and James Phelps Anderson, both of Clemson, South Carolina, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Lynn LeSueur Leak and Harrison Carter Leak, III, both of St. Francisville, La.

Grandparents of the bride-elect are Judge Leon Jastremski LeSueur of Napoleonville, La., and the late Mary Donnelly LeSueur, and Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Carter Leak, Jr., of Baton Rouge, La.

The bride-elect graduated from Wilkinson County Christian Academy in Woodville, Ms., and is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, La. She is a member of Delta Delta Delta, is a volunteer at Greenville Memorial Children’s Hospital, and is a Reformed University Fellowship intern at Clemson University.

Her fiancé is the son of Dr. and Mrs. William Bowers Anderson, III, of Cadiz, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. William Bowers Anderson, Jr. of Hopkinsville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Stone of Cadiz.

He graduated from Trigg County High School, and is also a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn. He is employed with Trehel Corporation in Clemson, S.C.

The wedding vows will be exchanged on Saturday, April 29, 2006, at 11:30 a.m., at St. Francis at the Point Episcopal Church in Point Clear, Ala.
