Rev. Lloyd Tucker officiated at the services. Burial followed in Ridgetop Cemetery in Crofton.
Mrs. Shultz died on Monday, October 24, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., at her residence of natural causes.
Mrs. Shultz was born on April 30, 1920, in Christian County. She was the daughter of the late Joe Red and Codelia McGar Hight.
Mrs. Shultz was retired from the BellSouth Telephone Company with 25 years of service; was a charter member of the Cumberland Shores Homemakers Club; charter member of the Newcomers Club, and Bridge Club; and was a charter member of Millbrooke Christian Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond Arnold; second husband, Raymond Shultz; and a son, Sonny Arnold.
Survivors include a daughter, Janie Arnold of Cadiz; two sisters, Velia Clark of Crofton, and Pearl Hammonds of Hopkinsville; two grandchildren, Angelia Williams, and Joe Hight Arnold; three great-grandchildren, Tiffany Arnold, Jessica Brady, and Evon Haimes; and three great-great-grandchildren, Kaylon Brady, Camron Brady, and Kynzie Dudding.
Serving as pallbearers were Orene Clark, Woody Clark, Steve Hammonds, Chestlon Hammonds, Barry Clark, and Carl Crawley.
