Graveside services for Lindsay T. Starnes, 76, of Peachtree City, Ga., formerly of Princeton, were conducted on Saturday, February 11, 2006, at 3 p.m., at Liberty Cemetery in Caldwell County.

Mr. Starnes died on November 15, 2005, in Peachtree City, Ga.

Mr. Starnes was born on July 23, 1929, in Trigg County. He was the son of the late Lindsay and Maude Williams Starnes.

Mr. Starnes was retired.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Luther “Buddy” Starnes, Hayden Starnes, and Vernon Starnes; and a sister, Marie Whitfield.

Survivors include a son, William Starnes of Peachtree City, Ga.; two step-granddaughters, Robin Eich and Stephanie King; and several nieces and nephews.
