Lloyd Pennington, age 78, of Cadiz, formerly of Morganfield died Sunday, June 5, 2005 at 3:40 a.m. at his daughter’s residence in Henderson, Kentucky.

He was a member of Canton Baptist Church, retired from Island Creek Coal Company and a Navy Veteran.

Graveside funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 7, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson.

He is survived by his wife Billie Jean Pennington of Cadiz, two daughters and son-in-law Brenda and Jimmy Terrell of Henderson and Linda Binaei of Wilmette, Illinois, and one son and daughter-in-law Larry Pennington of Henderson, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
