Mrs. Keller passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. She was a member of Wallonia Baptist Church. She retired from Arvin’s Industries and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her one daughter and son-in-law Peggy and Donald Hargis of Caledonia; four sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Carolyn Keller of Cadiz, Donald and Linda Keller of Cadiz, Billy and Carolyn Keller of Madisonville and and Bennie Keller of Cadiz; two brothers, Dorris Owen of Woodlawn, Tenn. and G.W. Owen of Marino Valley, Calif.; 11 grandchildren, Michael Keller, Sabrina Rager, Alisha Sutton, Teresa Devine, Pam Cates, Jason Hargis, Alison Hargis, Amanda Hargis, Lori Hendricks, Michelle Eagleson and Clay Groves, III., 14 great-grandchildren, Tori Sutton, Holly Sutton, Jacob Rager, John Rager, Jamie Devine, Stephanie Cates, McKenzie Cates, Josh Cates, Matt Cates, Christopher Hendricks, Matthew Hendricks, Lily Eagleson, Krizianna Groves and Clay Groves, IV; and one great-great-grandchild, Addison Lynn Skeen.
She was preceded in death by her father William Goebel Owen, mother Velma Ruth (Borders) Owen, husband John Edward “J.E.” Keller and brother Morris Owen.
Music at the service was provided by Bonnie Boyd, pianist, and the Wallonia Baptist Church Choir. Pallbearers were Jason Hargis, Michael Keller, Clay Groves, Erin Eagleson, Bobby Rager and Kevin Sutton. Honorary pallbearers were Christopher Hendricks, Matthew Hendricks, Clay Groves, Krizianna Groves, Tori Groves and Holly Sutton.
