Mackie Oliver died of natural causes at 9:10 a.m. Monday, May 9, 2011 at Princeton Health and Rehab Center in Princeton.
She was born March 8, 1944 in Trigg County to Roy Denford Oliver and Virginia Maurele Oliver.
She was a member of Wallonia Baptist Church. She retired as a private sitter.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Denford Oliver.
Survivors include her mother, Virginia Maurele Oliver of Cadiz; one brother, Randall Oliver (and wife Debbie) of Ashley, Ill.; two sisters, Iva Dawson (and husband Roy) of Cadiz and Harriette Stewart of Oak Grove; one daughter, Mary Jones (and husband Donnie) of Princeton; three sons, Dennis Carneyhan (and wife Holly) of Clarksville, Tenn., Stacy Carneyhan (and wife Tammy Jo) of Princeton and Michael Kelly of California; 16 grandchildren, Brandy and Tommy Craig, Marty Overby, Jaima and Matt Cross, Derrick and Machaela Rogers, Brittney, Alaina, Sarah Grace, and Laura Beth Carneyhan, Shelbie and Jake Rogers, Jeff, Christy and Stephanie Collins; 14 great grandchildren, Austin, Stetson, Alex, Stephen, and Justin Fields, Emalee and Cloie Craig, Dalton, Dakota, Callie, and Chloe Overby, Kristopher and Caiden Rogers, and Kylee Collins.
Pallbearers were Cody Stewart, Kyle Berry, Scott Stewart, Jordan Choate, Corey Creekmur, and Ryan Powell. Music was provided by Lanita Mitchell, organist, and Jordan Choate, vocalist.
