Funeral services for Marilyn Kay Kirby Creamer, 54, of Indianapolis, Ind., formerly of Cadiz, were conducted on Monday, December 12, 2005, at 2 p.m., at Goodwin Funeral Home.

Rev. Archie Brock officiated at the services. Burial followed in East Cadiz Baptist Church Cemetery in Cadiz.

Mrs. Creamer died on Thursday, December 8, 2005, at 6 a.m., at St. Vincents Hospital in Indianapolis, following a long battle with cancer.

Mrs. Creamer was born on November 13, 1951, in Trigg County. She was the daughter of the late Henry Whitson and Mary Alice Curtis Kirby.

Mrs. Creamer was a homemaker; and was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Tom Creamer of Indianapolis; son and daughter-in-law, Tom G. and Katie Creamer of Atlanta, Geo.; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Steve Rowe of Indianapolis; two grandchildren, Kirby Creamer, and Alex Rowe; four sisters, Thelma Fowler, Cora Ella Mitchell, Joyce Anderson, and Carolyn “Tib” Freeman, all of Cadiz; and several nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers were Kerry Fowler, Craig Fowler, Steven Freeman, Corky Johnson, Keith Mitchell, Craig Dale Oakley, and Jeffrey Hyde.

Music was provided by Becky Freeman, vocalist, and Barbara Jean Futrell, pianist.
