Funeral services for Mary Grace Wilson Crisp, 91, of Cadiz, were conducted on Friday, October 5, 2007, at 1 p.m., at Goodwin Funeral Home.

Rev. Carl Yahnig officiated at the services. Burial followed in the East End Cemetery in Cadiz.

Mrs. Crisp died on Tuesday, October 2, 2007, at Christian Health Center in Hopkinsville, of natural causes.

Mrs. Crisp was born on Tuesday, April 11, 1916, in Trigg County. She was the daughter of the late Charles Monroe and Pearlie Mae Hall Wilson.

Mrs. Crisp was a homemaker; was a member of the Cadiz Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday School teacher; and was a member of the Eastern Star.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Woodrow Crisp; three brothers, Edward Wilson, Plomer Wilson, and Garnett Wilson; and two granddaughters, Janet Grace Perry and Leane Perry.

Survivors include two sons, James Crisp of Owensboro, Ronald Crisp of Clarksville, Tenn.; one daughter, Jacqueline Perry of Hopkinsville; one brother, Ray Wilson of Hopkinsville; seven grandchildren, Shannon Crisp, Meredith Crisp, Tina Hoover, James Crisp, John Crisp, Kathy Lanz, and Helen Grace Crisp; nine great grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Serving, as pallbearers were Chappell Wilson, John Crisp, Steven Hardy, Barry Hardy, Doug Lanz, and Ramey Cunningham.

Gary Thompson, pianist provided the music.
