Gerardi Funeral Home in Frankfort, Ill., was in charge of the Chicago Graveside Service.
Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz was in charge of the local arrangements.
Mrs. Mullennix died on Friday, June 30, 2006, at 3:35 p.m., at the Trigg County Hospital from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Mrs. Mullennix was born on August 11, 1937, in Chicago, Ill. She was the daughter of the late Tom, Sr. and Bernice Dumpski Williams.
Mrs. Mullennix was employed by Broadbent’s Market as a cashier; was a Catholic; and attended Wallonia Christian Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Ivan Mullennix; two daughters, Roxanne Rogers and Margaret Mullennix; a sister, Arlene Bueche; and a brother, Tom Williams, Jr.
Survivors include her husband of 41 years, LaVern “Vern” Ivan Mullennix of Cadiz; two sons and daughter-in-law, James “Jay” Phillip and Sondra Melfi, Huntington Beach, Calif., and Michael Mullennix, West Bend, Wis.; seven daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Jessie Adams, and Venus Broemmer, all of Cadiz, Deanna Ercoli of Gracey, Phyllis Dolan of Round Lake, Ill, Leslee Bass of Hazel Crest, Ill, Dorenna Meyers of West Bend, Wis., and Debbie and Larry Cooper of Murphysboro, Ill.; three brothers, Bill Williams and Gary Williams, both of Chicago, Ill., and Bob Williams of Salt Lake City, Utah; a sister, Gloria Davis of Cadet, Mo.; and 30 grandchildren.
