Graveside services for Minnie May Delawson, 88, of Princeton, were conducted on Sunday, February 12, 2006, at 1:30 p.m., at the Rowland Cemetery, with Rev. Ronnie Fox officiating. Morgan’s Funeral Home was in charge of all the arrangements.

Mrs. Delawson died on Thursday, February 9, 2006, at 1:40 p.m., at Hilltop Nursing Home, following a long illness.

Mrs. Delawson was born on November 3, 1917, in Caldwell County. She was the daughter of the late William and Bell Brown Rustin.

Mrs. Delawson was a homemaker, and a member of Northside Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Orbie L. Delawson.

Survivors include a son, Lewis Edward Delawson of Lyon County; two grandchildren, Jared Delawson and Amber Delawson; and a nephew, Randy Landwehr.
