Norma Jean Ford Younger, 75, of Henderson, died at 11:10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 4, 2009, at Owensboro Medical Health System. Services were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009, at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, with Rev. Ted Burke officiating. Burial followed at Green Hill Memorial Gardens in Hopkinsville.

She was an active member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church for 10 years.

Younger was preceded in death by her son Loyd Ford Jr.

Survivors include her three daughters Linda Ford Waters and her husband Randy of Jasper, Ga., Donna Ford Kranz and her husband Butch of Cadiz, and Debbie Ford Rambo and her husband Todd of Waco, Ga., as well as her sister Joan Kilpatrick of Brinkley, Ark.

She is also survived by her three grandchildren Alex Ford of Hopkinsville, Lindsay Rambo of Atlanta, Ga., and Whitney Waters of Chapel Hill, N.C., as well as one great grandchild, Erin Ford of Hopkinsville.
