Anquinette W. Ward, 37, was driving eastbound on Highway 68 in an Enterprise rental car toward Hopkinsville along with her passengers, Latanjuia M. Love, 24, Kasentia M. Fryerson, 20, and Jasmaine N. Fryerson, 19, all of Hopkinsville, when Ward fell asleep and veered off the road and onto the median, hitting a street sign, the report stated.
First aid was delivered for Jasmaine Fryerson by the Trigg County Ambulance Service, the report stated, adding that the she was injured and was sent via Trigg County Ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
