On May 18, Wanda Louise Peay, 69, of Portland, TN was seen driving on 68 bypass as she struck a guard rail two times and Howard Anderson Bridge once. The report claims she was prescribed Lortab and Xanex and had taken four tablets prior to driving. She had a lot of difficulty standing up when she was placed into custody. She was taken to the Trigg County ER to be checked out. She was later released to her nephew due to her age and a family death on that date.

Christina D. Edmonson, 23, of 279 Forest Circle received her second DUI on May 20 after an officer reportedly saw her cross the center lines and fog line several times as she traveled down Main St. When he approached the car there was a strong odor of alcohol and he noticed a severe nystagmus in both eyes. She had problem understanding simple instructions and had difficulty walking.
