Dorothy Close, 49, of 134 Oakhurst Circle was arrested on June 8 and charged with two counts of assault in the 4th degree. The report claims she struck to other women in the head, knocking one of them to the ground.
Man Arrested for not Helping
David L. Duncan, 47, of 134 Oakhurst Circle was arrested on June 8 and charged with Flagrant Non-Support and served a Trigg County Bench Warrant.
Failure to Stop Leads to Arrest
Christopher Brandon, 19, of 1014 Tobacco Port Road, Bumpis Mills, was arrested on June 6 and charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, possession of marijuana, and DUI. The report claims Brandon was seen running a stop sign at Kings Chappell and upon traffic stop a strong odor of marijuana was coming from his vehicle. Brandon reportedly admitted to smoking marijuana prior to the stop and then a small bag of marijuana was found in his shoe.
No Show at Court
Dottie Noel Goodwin, 43, of 2227 Main Street was arrested on June 5 and charged with failure to appear. She was served a Christian County warrant.
A Public Complaint Leads to Arrest
David A. Anderson, 20, of 39 Perry Street was arrested on June 5 and charged with possession of marijuana and driving on suspended DUI. A complaint was made by the public of a vehicle operating with people on the top. The vehicle was found and stopped and the driver was the above defendant. During a search, marijuana was found in his right front pocket.
