Menacing at Motel

Dwane Garner, 41, of 121 Nunn Boulevard was arrested on July 17 and charged with menacing. The report claims the subject got into a domestic argument with his girlfriend at the Good-Nite Motel and he proceeded to kick her bedroom door open to confront her. She also claims that he pulled her hair. He was cooperative when police arrived.

Failure to Pay Three Way

Robin Craig Alexander, 41, of 74 Wood Avenue was arrested on July 17 for failing to pay three different fines that amount to a total of $1,259.70. He was served three Trigg County District Court Warrants.

Warrant Leads to Other Charges

Matthew T. Davis, 23, of 4140 St. Route Road, Eddyville, was arrested on July 14. He was served a warrant from Livingston County for unlawful transactions with a minor on May 16 after officers pulled him over at Integra Bank on Canton Road. He was also charged with expired registration for his vehicle, no insurance, and possession of marijuana after a bag was found underneath an ashtray in the center console.

Accident Involves Alcohol

Collier C. Jones, 18, of 630 Stone Lane, Hopkinsville, was arrested on July 15 after pulling out in front of another car and causing an accident at Ferrel’s. He was intoxicated and was charged with under 21 DUI. Jones was at fault in the accident and caused severe injuries to the 84 year old female victim. She sustained trauma to her shoulder and both of her legs were broken.

Several Failures

Joshua D. Neeble, 22, of 252 Hilltop Street was arrested on July 22 and charged with failure to pay fines, failure to comply, and failure to appear. The report claims the subject was a passenger in a vehicle when it was stopped and he was intoxicated. It was confirmed that he had two Trigg County warrants and one Webster County warrant.

DUI and Crack Pipe

Zina S. Buckner, 44, of 294 West End Street was arrested on July 21 and charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia. A complaint was made about a suspicious vehicle parked at 1272 Montgomery Church Road and when the subject was approached there was an odor of marijuana in the car. She stated she had been smoking a substance prior to the officer’s arrival and when the car was searched a crack pipe was found stuffed in the back seat.

Marijuana Found in Car

Jackie E. Jessup, 50, of 93 Wallace Street was arrested on July 21 and charged with alcohol intoxication and possession of marijuana. The subject was the passenger in a DUI traffic stop and an officer noticed a strong smell of alcohol. A joint and small baggie of marijuana was found in the vehicle and the subject stated it was his.
