Owner Bill Bursztynski opened the restaurant two and-a-half years ago and decided to move after Paul Fourshee of the Renaissance on Main Board of Directors asked him if he had ever considered moving downtown. He said he had thought about it before and figured that now would be as good a time as any since construction on the new state justice center will be starting in the next few months. Since the move, he said business has been consistent, drawing its biggest crowds between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. He said that he has also changed the menu slightly, now offering items like burgers and fries to please more people.
