Funeral services for Robert “Bob” Dankovic were conducted on Sunday, February 15, 2009, at 2 p.m. at King’s Funeral Home.

Father Babu Joseph and Rev. Norman Cotton officiated at the services. Burial followed in East End Cemetery.

Mr. Dankovic died on Wednesday, February 11, 2009, at 4:35 p.m. at his residence, of natural causes.

Mr. Dankovic was born on December 24, 1938, in Ada, Pennsylvania. He was the son of the late John Joseph and Barbara Marie Ezar Dankovic.

Mr. Dankovic was a retired supervisor for GM and presently employed by O’Reilly Auto Parts in Cadiz. He was a member of the Findlater Masonic Lodge in Michigan. He was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include his wife of twenty years, Sheila Dankovic, Cadiz, three sons and daughters in laws, Andy and Michelle Dankovic, Whitaker, Michigan, David and Debbie Dankovic, Taylor, Michigan, Donnie Dankovic, Taylor, Michigan, one daughter Tiffany Dankovic, of the home, two brothers and sisters in laws, John and Lucy Dankovic, Somerset, KY, and Bill and Tammy Dankovich, Piedmont, AL, five grandchildren, Christina Rose Dankovic, Orlando, FL, Heather Dankovic, Whitaker, MI, Samantha Dankovic, Taylor, MI, Alex Dankovic, Taylor, MI, and Brandon Dankovic, Whitaker, MI.

Serving as pallbearers were Ragon Mitchell, Victor Perez, Arron Kreilick, Jimmy Stone, Brett Maddox, and Timmy Allen. Honorary pallbearers were Trigg Co. Band Boosters.

Trigg Co. High School Band Brass Ensemble provided the music.
