Rev. Dean Ray and Rev. Ronnie Fox officiated at the services. Burial followed in the Lamasco Baptist Church Cemetery.
Miss Galusha died on Friday, May 1, 2008, at 2:40 a.m. at her residence after a long illness.
Miss Galusha was born on March 24, 1967, in Caldwell Co. She was the daughter of Walter J. Colley, Paducah, and the late Nancy Banister Colley.
Miss Galusha was a L.P.N. at Hilltop Nursing Home. She was a member of the Lamasco Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Brock Martin, Mayfield, two daughters, Kara Stevenson, Crofton, Kolie Mae Galusha, Eddyville, two grandchildren, Ryleigh Lynn Stevenson, Jamison Cansler Stevenson, one step grandson, Alex Stevenson, one brother, Scott Colley, Eddyville, and one sister, Kim Cox, Forest Grove, OR.
