Funeral services for Imogene Ryan, 84, of Princeton, were conducted on Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at 1 p.m., at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton.

Rev. John Benton officiated at the services. Burial followed in Glenn’s Chapel Cemetery in Lyon County.

Mrs. Ryan died on Monday, March 6, 2006, at 5 a.m., at Crittenden County Hospital following a long illness.

Mrs. Ryan was born on November 13, 1921, in Crittenden County. She was the daughter of the late Allen and Lillian Glasgow Driver.

Mrs. Ryan was a homemaker, and a member of Southside Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leamon Hamby; two sons, Ollie Hamby and Steve Hamby; and a daughter, Shirley Kirk.

Survivors include two sons, Bobby Hamby of Marion, and Phillip “Woody” Hamby of Providence; four daughters, Paula McGill of Princeton, Vilaine Hurley of Marion, Jeannie Dulin of Eddyville, and Robyn Wilson of Morganfield; 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
